Home Building Tips For Builders In NSW
- Home Warranty Insurance -

The Home Warranty Insurance requirements under the law can sometimes get a bit tricky for builders.  The most common questions we receive from builders are:

When do I have to take it out?
Do I give the certificate of insurance to the home owner?
What work does the insurance policy cover?

The maximum penalties for not complying with the Home Warranty Insurance requirements are extremely high, so you should be very careful to do everything that the law requires you to do.
