add to basket		New Home Construction Contract - $99.00 This type of contract is for the construction of a new home under a lump sum contract price. It can also be used for multi-dwelling construction (i.e units)
add to basket		Renovations and Additions Contract - $99.00 This type of contract is for the alteration, addition or renovation of an existing residential building under a lump sum contract price. This contract also allows the client to reside in part of the site whilst the works are being carried out.

add to basket		Small Construction Works Contract - $79.00 This type of contract is for any type of ‘smaller scale’ residential building work under a lump sum contract price, where that price is at least $12,000, and up to approximately $60,000.
