The new government insurer, the NSW Self Insurance Corporation (or SICORP) released its new pricing effective from 1 October 2010 for Home Warranty project applications that can be accessed through the two remaining agents, QBE and Winsure (a sub-agent of Calliden). There will be one single rating structure for all Builders, no matter how big or how small. Through our alliance partner, SHC Insurance Brokers, we can cater for your home warranty insurance needs.
In order to be eligible for the discounted $110 application fee, you must attach the CHECKLIST with your application, and send it directly to SHC Insurance Brokers (their contact details are on the bottom of the Checklist).
