Home Warranty applications have been made easy for builders through Home Building Business Centre.  A simple ten (10) yes / no questions form is all that needs to be completed for you to apply for Eligibility.
 
Discounted Rates for builders with an annual turnover of less than $3m will be available to all builders who apply through Home Building Business Centre. 
Builders with an annual turnover greater than $3m will need to apply in the usual way with an application form and financials.  For these clients, SHC will approach several insurers on your behalf to obtain the most competitive price.

Initial Eligibility Fee –                      $110.00 incl of GST
Eligibility Renewal Fee –               $55.00 incl of GST
