Through our alliance insurance partner BuildSafe Building Insurances, Home Building Business Services now offer builders access to competitive rates on home warranty insurance, construction works and public liability insurance.
Builders can choose to obtain home warranty insurance by either:
- paying the traditional insurance premium per individual project; or
- paying a one-off annual premium for unlimited residential projects, up to a maximum annual turnover of approximately $3m (even higher annual turnover limits can be negotiated).
BuildSafe also offer competitive insurance premium rates for construction works and public liability insurances.
