Greg is a practising solicitor who specialises in building and construction law, particularly residential construction and the Home Building Act 1989.
Other areas that he specialises in include workplace relations law, small / medium business compliance law, security of payment laws, and subcontractor laws.
Greg is the author of many of HBBC’s Online CPD Courses, presents regular CPD Seminars for HBBC, and advises and assists small and medium builders on a range of different matters, including contractual matters, debt recovery and home building disputes.
Many builders who have attended HBBC’s CPD Seminars throughout the years have benefited from his professional advice and assistance, particularly given that he exclusively advises builders in home building matters, and does not act for home owners or owner builders.
ANDREW HEAD - BUILDER / PROJECT MANAGER
Andrew has over 10 years experience as a Project Manager for various projects, including the construction of multi-million dollar luxury homes, residential property development and commercial construction. Andrew has also worked as a development manager, and as a Project Manager on behalf of clients in property development and construction sectors.
Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully completed 24 construction projects at a total value of $84 million within submitted programs and budgets.
Andrew presents regular CPD Seminars for HBBC on both Tendering and Project Management, and has written Online CPD Courses on these topics.
BRADLEY HOAD - BUILDER / SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Brad has almost 20 years experience as a Project Manager for various projects in the residential building industry, and he has been responsible for the energy efficient design and certification, development management and cost planning for land development and residential building on projects valued at between $10 million and $48 million.
Brad presents regular CPD Seminars for HBBC on Building Sustainability, and has written HBBC’s Online CPD Course on this topic.
NATALIE FOX - OHS, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CONSULTANT
Natalie is a senior consultant with over 15 years experience in Occupational Health, Safety, Injury Management and Workers Compensation and more recent experience in Environmental and Quality Management.
Natalie has worked in both the public and private sector across a range of industry including, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, marine, health & logistics. She has sound experience is risk management and compliance systems development and implementation. She employs a practical approach to help make sense of, and incorporate ‘best practice’ compliance into broader business systems and strategy. This practical approach is shared in the OHS seminars and workshops she presents for HBBC.
