This Privacy Policy applies to the services and products offered by Deltacorp Consulting Pty Ltd trading as Home Building Business Services (HBBS) ABN 42 121 418 559.

HBBS will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided voluntarily. If an individual receives communications from HBBS which they do not wish to receive, they may remove their name from the database by emailing HBBS at enquiry@homebuildingonline.com.au.

Individuals have the right to review the information that may be recorded on the HBBS database. The Information may be reviewed by emailing HBBS at enquiry@homebuildingonline.com.au.
Changing and deleting the information we have about you
The information contained in our database may be changed by emailing HBBS at enquiry@homebuildingonline.com.au. In the same way, a request may be made to delete personal information, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons.

HBBS will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information recorded, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. The information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.
HBBS employees and data processors are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by HBBS. However, security of communications over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, and therefore absolute assurance that information will be secure at all times cannot be given. HBBS will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to personal information.

We may provide links to web sites outside the HBBS site. These linked sites are not under the control of HBBS, and we are not responsible for the conduct of companies linked to the HBBS web site. |
